• use the work for promotional purposes across our social media channels, website, newsletters and marketing materials (always with proper credit)
• archive the work indefinitely as part of our publication's record

You retain all other rights, including the rights to sell, license and publish the work elsewhere, subject to any exclusivity terms agreed upon separately.

Indemnification

By submitting content, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Photographer & Muse, its operators, affiliates and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• any breach of your warranties regarding ownership, originality or model releases
• any claim that your content infringes upon the rights of any third party
• any violation of applicable laws or regulations related to your content

Content Removal & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA-compliant takedown notice to support [at] photographerandmuse [dot] com. We will promptly remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material upon proper notification.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine it violates these Terms, is objectionable or for any operational reason.

Affiliate & Promotional Transparency

Photographer & Muse may use affiliate links and promotional partnerships when and where appropriate and relevant. Purchases made through such links may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you. This helps support the publication's independent operation.
